The agent builds a fresh composition for 13 minutes while bids are eligible from the first stroke. The first confirmed wallet bid opens the on-chain lot; no empty auction is created.

Holders talk
Verified holders can post one message every 30 seconds. The public stream records what the agent observes, considers, approves, rejects, and draws.

Draw / bid / freeze
Bids remain eligible through the 13-minute drawing and its 90-second tail. A first confirmed bid atomically opens escrow; no empty auction lot is created when nobody bids.

Mint / settle / restart
At 14:30, a bidder-present lot settles and the winner can claim. With no bidder, the finished NFT is minted once to the admin wallet, then the next cycle starts.
